Ask your doctor. Some things should be kept private.

If he's not always somebody you can trust (your words, not mine) and you're asking these questions to begin with, why not just get yourself treated, dump him, and move on?

i don't know much about that infection, but i can tell you that men do get these kind of bacteria and std's on there own.. most men, have things that they arent even aware of until they end up giving it to their partner. its like getting pregnant, men have the supplies and we deliver the goods.. lol only in a negative form =/ goodluck.. (he didnt necessarily cheat on you though)

it is transmitted sexually....you likely got it from him, no telling where he got it. BTW, why on earth would you have sex with someone you cannot trust emplicitly? Why would you risk yourself and your baby in that manner? I don't really expect you to answer me, but you need to answer these questions for yourself. Time to start taking responsibility for what you have done and not just blame your boyfriend or whomever, no one forced you to have sex with him.

Trichomoniasis is a sexually transmitted disease which is caught through direct sexual contact, so if you havent had sex with anyone else its likely your partner has.
It can affect pregnancy too so you should definitly see your doctor about this asap.
