I have looked up symptoms of hep b and here they are.
Symptoms of Hepatitis B
Symptoms and signs of hepatitis B can range from none to minimal in the early stages of the illness, to jaundice (yellowing of the skin), nausea, abdominal pain, fever, and malaise in the acute phase. Appetite loss, fatigue, itching, dark urine and pale stools are some common symptoms.
Now my friend she don't have the itchiness or the jaundice. Is it possible she just don't have these signs of the hepatitis B.
Also to explain the situation my friend don't know she has the hepatitis b. I am assuming she has it cause shes been throwing up for almost a week, shes had a high temperature, she rarely eats or goes to the bathroom. I have heard these are alot of the symptoms for the hepatitis b. And for me i wonder if i shouldn't get the hep b shot just to be safe.
What other std would cause these symtems that i have discussed!I cant think of any other std other then hepatitis B that would cause these symtems. I believe its hep B is cause 3 months ago her bf had these signs. Now 3 months later she is starting the same signs. I am concerned they both have it actually. I know that hep b i believe is the only one that is sexually transmitted.(out of the hep A B C D E F infections.)
If any one knows of any other std or any other disease for this matter that would cause any symtems i have listed please let me know.

Hep C is sexually transmitted, not Hep B. So I recommend telling your "friend" not to take medical advice from you as you obviously don't know as much as you think you do.

Those symptoms could be a lot of things, including food poisoning, influenza, Lyme disease, hepatitis a, pregnancy, kidney disease, and cancer. In other words, she will have to go to a doctor to find out the cause.

Hep c, Hep B (btw Hep B is also transmitted sexually), why are you not considering a non sexually transmitted diseases? May be you know something that you are not telling us. If you want to help your friend, please take her to a clinic/hospital and let the doctors sort out the problems.

Those symptoms are indicative of garden variety renal failure...could be caused by a multitude of things.
Time to go to the doctor because those symptoms can be fatal (regardless of the disease) if they progress.
She probably has kidney and adrenal gland failure so the diagnosis of WHAT is causing it is irrelevant at the moment. Getting her IV fluids and nutrients is key now. They can diagnose and treat accordingly later.
Hepatitis B would cause jaundice at the same time frame of the other symptoms...especially in the sclera of her eyes, then a few days later her skin.
