i've never heard of problems with fertility but once you do you'll have to warn the doctor so they can take care not to spread it to the kid on the way out.

of course not. just make sure your doc keeps you taking your meds when needed and before delivery of baby the doc will have you take some meds to prevent an outbreak. Don't worry it does not make you infertile.
