yes, there are a lot of STD's that can be transmitted through oral sex. some of them are gonnorhea, herpes, chlamidia, even yeast infections. it may taste a bit yucky, but a condom will help prevent spreading any diseases.

Yes, it is really common,STDs can easily be spread even through oral sex, as bodily fluids are ingested/come in contact with saliva, or possibly blood through a wound in the mouth.
