condoms lower the risk but its still possible, condoms are not 100% effective thats why you always get checked regularly. remember chlamydia is the silent disease and often shows no symptoms the best thing you can do for your health if you are EVER unsure about anything, is to get checked rather than worry yourself.

yes! condoms do not cover testicles, they could have had a break out there and passed it to you, get checked, have you gotten a pap yet? it's exactly like that, quick and simple.

No. Chlamydia is only spread through sexual fluids entering the body. So, assuming the condom did not slip or break, your chances of catching chlamydia is virtually zero.
If she has chlamydia, you need to get tested.
If you don't have it, she could have gotten it from someone she had sex with before you. Chlamydia can be symptom-less for a very long time.
