How do you live with the stigma placed upon you by that of a STD???? long question but please help!!?

How do you live with the stigma placed upon you by that of a STD???? long question but please help!!?A few weeks ago i had un protected sex with a girl that was rumoured to be infected with herpes (i found after, not before sex) last ngiht i noticed two tiny red bumpsunder my foreskin and on the end of my penis and this morning i have a total of 4 bumps spread out over the head of my penis, it doesnt hurt to pee, ejeculate or nething like that. just uncomfortble when touched.

Ive acepted the fact that i might have herpes and i was just wondering how those who already are effected deal with the fact that they have sexually transmitted disease? not the pain issue, the label of having an std?

If what ive got is herpes, im certainly dissapointed it isnt living up to such the bad std its been labaled as lol. A few painful lumps for a few days 4 times a year? the flu is worse than that.

Can i have sex again without spreading? (yes, ill use a condom) Do i have to get anti-viral treatment? what about natural treatment? (vitamins that improve immune, releive stress etc)

C'mon YA, help me
I have a few tiny red bumps under my foreskin and around the tip of my head. Only painful when touched and sorta feels like there is a grain of sand or something under my skin. I woke up a few days later after sex with a blocked nose and my neck was hurting...

ALSO, can herpes spread to my groin if the infected areas of my penis touch that skin???

any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers.
Any other info on herpes would be greatly appreciated (facts, other symptons etc)
im 16 going on 17, the girl i had sex with just turned 16 so im not worried about hiv/aids...

and the pictures of 'herpes' on google images look nothing like what i have at the moment. I'm only going on what the symptons are.

Sorry but it does sound like herpes and more people than you can imagine have it and I think that as time goes it actually gets more accepted. The pictures you see are the Internet are not an accurate description of what herpes really is a lot of times people get one outbreak and never have it again. You can spread herpes to other parts of your body if you touch the sore and then touch other parts including hands, thighs, mouth, and eyes so wash your hands after touching because soap and warm water kill the herpes virus. Some symptoms are obviously sores, tiredness, flu like symptoms, muscle aches, but it varies for everybody. The bumps usually appear 2-21 days after initial contact. Just go to your doctor while you have the sores it is easier for them to test and then they will give you a prescription. Make sure that you take vitamins and stay healthy because being sick and stress can cause an outbreak. You can have sex safely without spreading herpes with a condom but never have sex while you have sores. My boyfriend has genital herpes and for some miracle I didn't get it but I don't think of him any differently.

You need to go to the Dr. To tell you many women will look at your penis without you noticing it. If she sees bumps she will be out the door super fast. If a man I was into told me he had herpes I don't think I could be with him. It is a very nasty STD. And it can get super bad and gross. Look on the Internet at pics. I am sorry if I am being harsh. If she had hepes you need to get checked for HIV. That is because if a person has an STD they are mor susceptible to the HIV virus. Ple don't have unprotected sex anymore. HIV and AIDS are things you can not get rid of. You need to go get tested
