It sounds like Poison Oak/Ivy! Are you outdoors at all? Or do you have cat or dog that could get into these plants? The rash with the bubbles is exactly what Poison Oak/Ivy looks like!
If it is Poison Oak/Ivy go to the store and pick up some TECNU. This is a special wash for Poison Oak/Ivy. Do not itch it.

If you've gone swimming lately it could be swimmers itch or maybe your allergic to something new. I hope you find out what it is. :)

You'll do anything? Then make a doctor's appointment. Until then, try to think. Did your family switch detergent or fabric softener recently? Sleep in a strange bed or wear someone else's clothes? It could be a reaction to something on fabric your skin came in contact with. Have you been camping or hiking? It might be poison ivy, oak, or sumac. Did you maybe get something on your clothes like a cleaner or solvent that could be causing a chemical burn? Try to think back to anything unusual that might have triggered the rash. The doctor will be able to tell you for certain what it is.
Orignal From: I am freaking out. I have some sort of a rash, it is bumpy. I am now getting little bubbles on top of it.?
