i wanted some info on wikipedia .org for sexually transmitted diseases but as soon as the page starts to load?the browser closes (firefox) it happens even if i search it on search engines .i really need info for my project but how can i solve this problem with my browser do i have to disable some option to solve this. im having probs with chrome which opens but does not load the page and ie does not open at all

It sounds weird that only that site is being blocked. Perhaps your isp or network provider is blocking your connection. There are several ways to combat this:

Wikipedia has a secure terminal you can try:
https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Sexually_transmitted_disease

you can also try a proxy:
http://www.bypassunblock.org/

That's strange. Are you using windows? I think they have this parental thing that when turned on users of the computers are not allowed to browse on mature contents. Look at your windows setting and see if parental control is turned on. I doubt if it's you ISP but it always helps to call your ISP about this. They usually have the best solution.
