What's the best treatment for rectal chlamydia infections?Doxycicline and azitromicine did not work.

Dude I could say so much right now....but I wont.

Sounds to me like you need to get to a planned parenthood or a free clinic or another trip to a Doctor is truly not a bad idea.

If you think that you still have it then don't have sex until you get to a doctor and they can give you more medicine. Both you and your partner have to be treated for it or you guys are going to ping pong it back and forth. While you are taking the medication don't have sex until it is cleared up. Unfortunately there is no at home treatment for an STD
