it's a yeast infection, and she needs to tell her mom, who has probably had her own fair share of yeast infections. Get a grip, tell your friend to get a grip, her mom is her best source of information.

If she is being honest that she has never had sex then there is no need for her to be worried about an STD nor should she be embarassed to tell her mom there is something not right with her vagina. She needs to get to a doctor to find out what is wrong and get treatment for it.
