Treatment for stomach Infection?Please help. I had a sexually transmitted disease some periods back. It was diagnosed and was treated accordingly. But later on it surfaced again in another form. My stomach has been noisey ever since- I mean serious irritating noise, belching, weakness of organ, lost of appetite, etc. No kwn antibiotics or cure have i not taken. Wht will i take to cure this problem once and for all? Pls someone help me.
