What is wrong with me!?

What is wrong with me!?For the past year, I have been bothered by frequent Urinary Tract Infections (I am a sexually active 18 year old female). About a two weeks ago, I went to the doctor with my 4th UTI. I was tested for bacteria in my urine (which came back positive), as well as Chlamydia and Gonorrhea (which came back negative). I was prescribed an antibiotic which I was supposed to take for 10 days. Two days after I had completed my medication, the UTI came back and even worse this time. The pain was excruciating, and there was very much blood in my urine. I went back to the doctor and was prescribed more antibiotics. However, when the lab tests for my urine came back, they came back negative (meaning I didn't have another UTI). The antibiotics have been helping, but I still feel a slight burn "down there" after urinating. My question is, if it's not a Sexual Transmitted Disease/Infection, and it's not a UTI, what is it?

It'll probably go away within the next week or so...

maybe just like an overall kidney infection that the antibiotic isn't totally clearing up?
'cause if those are infected it'd just keep affecting the urinary tract over and over again, i guess, sooo, if i'm right, since google is my friend,
http://www.myhomeremedies.com/topic.cgi?topicid=264 that one's for stuff you can do at home (obviously)

there's some more stuff.
if i'm wrong, i really have no idea at all, since i'm not a doctor or even in medical school or anything and there's a reason my grades weren't awesome in biology.

edit: ooo, also, i know if your bmi is particularly low and/or you have any kind of eating disorder you can get tons of reoccurring decently severe kidney infections too, so if you have anything like that that really might be why, and that'd mean you might wanna get help for that 'cause if you keep getting those, it's at the point where it's gonna start causing some problems.
