When people are released from prison are they tested for communicable diseases?

When people are released from prison are they tested for communicable diseases?I know they are tested when entering prison but then house all together, even people with aids or hepatitis. Are they given another test when they leave to determine if they caught these diseases before potentially passing them on to loved ones?

they are not tested because since everyone is tested before they enter the prison house, there is a very low probability that a communicable disease was acquired whiles in the house. Therefore, it is assumed that no one leaving the prison house has any communicable disease before they leave.

maybe they could arrange it with authorized persons for check up should they desire to check their health status before leaving the prison .
