Did it occur to you that you might just have a fever? A cold maybe? And that the fact you had sex is just a coincidence? Most of the commonest STDs do not produce systemic symptoms, usually localised to the genital area.
Nonetheless, if you had unprotected sex with someone, please get an STD test in the next few weeks. Always wear a condom.

Probably not. Prob just a cold or flu virus. But since you had unprotected sex (am assuming) you should have an STD checkup. Take care and hope this helped!

There *are* a few STDs that cause fevers of flu-like symptoms early in their progression, however, it is uncommon for these symptoms to come as soon as 3 days after sex.
A more likely explanation is that you have a cold or flu coming on. Your doctor should be able to diagnose this effectively.
Good luck!
Orignal From: I had sex and 3 days later I came down with a fever, is this an STD?
